Further to the announcement made on 5 October 2020, the Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce the updates, as set out below, in relation to the suit commenced by Synergy Spectacular Sdn Bhd (“SSSB”) against Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd (“Deleum Primera”), a 60% owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, vide Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No. WA-22NCvC-508-08/2020 (“the Suit”).

Pursuant to the Case Management on 8 March 2021, the Court has directed that the Suit shall be fixed for Trial on 27, 28 and 29 September 2021 and that parties are required to file and exchange Witness Statements on 21 May 2021. The Suit is further fixed for Case Management on 25 May 2021.

Further announcements on the development of this matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from time to time.
