In 2005, he joined Pembinaan BLT Sdn. Bhd., a company owned by the Minister of Finance Inc. as Financial Controller. Encik Hazurin joined Symphony Life Berhad Group from 2006 to 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
