The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“MSM”) wishes to announce that the Board Executive Committee (“BEC”) established on 8 September 2020 to guide and assist Encik Fakhrunniam Othman, the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer (“AGCEO”) has been dissolved.

Encik Fakhrunniam Othman has already assumed the AGCEO role effectively and able to execute the ongoing initiatives of the Company’s strategies and plans with the guidance of the Board.
