DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE FINAL DIVIDEND OF 2.0 SEN PER ORDINARY SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 ("2019 FINAL DIVIDEND") ("1ST DRP") AND TO THE FIRST INTERIM SINGLE-TIER DIVIDEND OF 0.5 SEN PER ORDINARY SHARE IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2020 ("2ND DRP")

We refer to the announcements dated 27 February 2020, 1 June 2020, 2 June 2020, 12 June 2020, 29 June 2020, 7 July 2020 and 28 September 2020 in relation to the 1st DRP and the announcements dated 27 August 2020, 10 September 2020, 23 September 2020 and 28 September 2020 in relation to the 2nd DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the share registrar of MYEG, MYEG will be issuing the following:-

i. 36,549,480 new MYEG Shares pursuant to the 1st DRP, which represents 67.76% of the 53,937,164 new MYEG Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 1st DRP had all the entitled shareholders of MYEG elected to reinvest the electable portion of their 2019 Final Dividend into new MYEG Shares; and

ii. 9,074,264 new MYEG Shares pursuant to the 2nd DRP, which represents 67.34% of the 13,474,325 new MYEG Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 2nd DRP had all the entitled shareholders of MYEG elected to reinvest the electable portion of their 2020 First Interim Dividend into new MYEG Shares.
