We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, AIBB wishes to announce that Apex, JF Apex and Mercury Securities (collectively referred to as the "Parties") had mutually agreed to further extend the Condition Fulfilment Period until 15 January 2021 to enable the Parties to satisfy the conditions precedent as stipulated in the BMA.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the BMA remain unchanged.

The extension letter is available for inspection at the registered office of Apex at 6th Floor, Menara Apex, Off Jalan Semenyih, Bukit Mewah, 43000 Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
