Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce that it has received notifications on 27 October 2020 from Tan Sri Dato' Chen Kooi Chiew @ Cheng Ngi Chong (Group Executive Chairman), Tan Sri Datuk Chen Lok Loi (Group Managing Director), Datuk Chen Fook Wah (Deputy Managing Director) and Chen Choy & Sons Realty Sdn Bhd (Substantial Shareholder) of their intention to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its fourth quarter results ended 30 September 2020.
