We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ACO, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 October 2020 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for 10,960,000 Placement Shares, being the first (1st) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.3650 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0403 or approximately 9.94% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the ACO Shares up to and including 23 October 2020, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.4053 per ACO Share.
