We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 21 September 2020 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Gabungan AQRS Berhad and Trusvest Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiffs”) against Mr Bernard Lim Soon Chiang (“Defendant”).
The Company has been informed by its solicitors on 19 October 2020 of the directions given by the High Court of Shah Alam as follows:-
- The Defendant to file his Defence on 4th November 2020; and
- The Plaintiffs to file its reply to Defence on 25th November 2020.
The next Case Management has been fixed on 14th December 2020.
The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
