We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2020 and 12 October 2020 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.

The Board of Directors of Tropicana wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 15 October 2020, the public shareholding spread of the Company was 25.18%.

Accordingly, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.
