PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30,608,821 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN ENCORP REPRESENTING UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF ENCORP (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) ("PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 23 September 2020, 24 September 2020, 28 September 2020 and 1 October 2020 in relation to the Placement.

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Placement at RM0.170 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Placement.

The abovementioned issue price of RM0.170 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.015 or 8.11% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Encorp Shares up to and including 8 October 2020, being the market day immediately preceding to the price fixing date, of RM0.185.
