The Board of Directors of Harbour-Link Group Berhad ("Harbour-Link") wishes to announce that Harbour-Link intends to seek the shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting:-

- Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

- Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.

The Circulars to Shareholders containing details of the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
