Remarks : 
The Board of Directors of MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or the "Company") ("Board") has proposed a final single tier dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share in MYEG ("MYEG Share(s)") for the financial period ended 31 December 2019 ("2019 Final Dividend"). 

On 7 July 2020, the Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the 2019 Final Dividend, in which the entire 2019 Final Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new MYEG Shares ("1st DRP").

On 6 August 2020, the shareholders of MYEG had at the Company's Nineteenth Annual General Meeting approved the 2019 Final Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new MYEG Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the DRP.

On 28 September 2020, on behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd had announced that the issue price of the new MYEG Shares to be issued pursuant to the 1st DRP had been fixed at RM1.28 per new MYEG Share.
