Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular and the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Vendors, via its solicitors’ letter dated 9 September 2020, have informed that they are agreeable to the Purchaser’s request to further extend the conditional period for another 6 months from 30 June 2020 to 31 December 2020 to facilitate the fulfilment of the last condition precedent stated in the announcement dated 28 May 2019. In the same letter, the Vendors’ solicitors have also informed that SPA 3 has become unconditional. The completion of SPA 3 shall take place on a business day which is no later than 3 months from the Unconditional Date (“Completion Date”), or 1 month from the expiry of the Completion Date or such later period(s) thereafter, as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.

A further announcement in relation to the completion of the Proposed Acquisitions will be made in due course.
