Reference is made to our earlier announcement on 24 August 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of 2,124.5 hectares (equivalent to 5,249.7 acres) oil palm plantation land inclusive of a 40 MT FFB/hour rated capacity palm oil mill ("Property") by Far East Holdings Berhad ("FEHB") from Harn Len Corporation Bhd ("HLCB"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcement.

We wish to announce that the Balance Acquisition Consideration in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property had been paid to HLCB on 25 August 2020. Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 25 August 2020.
