The Board of Directors of Radiant Globaltech wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
