SDS Group Berhad would like to announce that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the ensuing enforcement of the Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) up till 9 June 2020, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide their letter dated 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time up to 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their Quarterly Report (“QR”) which are due on 31 May 2020.

The Board of Directors of SDS Group Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company will utilize the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that its QR is issued by 30 June 2020.
