The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Samalaju Management Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Samalaju Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of Samalaju Industries Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary company of CMSB, had on 10 May 2019 submitted an application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia to strike the Company off the register pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed Striking Off”). Further details of the Proposed Striking Off are set out in the attached file.
