The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed alteration or amendments to the whole of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association (Constitution) of the Company by the replacement thereof with a new Constitution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The proposed new Constitution is to ensure compliance and to bring the Constitution of the Company in line with the Companies Act 2016 which came into force on 31 January 2017, the updated provisions of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements.

The proposed new Constitution of the Company together with the Annual Report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
