For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 24 July 2018.
We refer to our announcement dated 24 July 2018, 9 August 2018, 21 August 2018, 16 October 2018 and 30 October 2018 in respect of the above Suit.
The Board wishes to update that on 8 January 2019, the Company was informed by its Solicitors that the Court had on 7 January 2019 fixed the matter for another case management on 31 January 2019 for the following:-
- Parties to finalise the Common Bundle of Documents, the Common Agreed Issues to be Tried and the Common Agreed Facts
This Suit is also set for trial from 7 April 2019 to 11 April 2019.
The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
