SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT ZETRIX AI’S CORPORATE GOVERNANCE POLICIES Zetrix AI embeds accountability, integrity and ethical conduct at all levels of the organisation by aligning its practices with established corporate governance standards. The Group recognises that good corporate governance is important in mitigating risks, providing a strong foundation for long-term success, increasing investor confidence and enhancing brand reputation. Conversely, poor corporate governance can diminish the value and reputation of the Group. The Board recognises the importance of corporate governance and is committed to ensuring that the principles and best practices in corporate governance as set out in the MCCG and Corporate Governance Guide (4th Edition) are observed and practised throughout the Group. Since the Company’s listing on 16 January 2007, these positions have been held by two separate individuals, supporting effective oversight, accountability and informed decision-making. The Executive Chairman, Dato’ Dr Norraesah, provides leadership to the Board with a focus on governance and compliance matters, while the Group Managing Director, Mr Wong Thean Soon, is responsible for the management of the Group’s operations and day-to-day business activities.
