SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT As Zetrix AI continues to progress on its ESG journey, the Group recognises that establishing KPIs and targets is critical to enhancing ESG performance and driving continuous improvement. In 2024, workshops facilitated by qualified consultants were conducted to support the development of these KPIs and targets. As a result, a set of KPIs and targets was established to guide the Group in its ongoing pursuit of excellence in sustainability and ESG practices. These KPIs and targets continue to reflect Zetrix AI’s ESG aspirations into 2025, with continual monitoring and finetuning where necessary. The Group also acknowledges that while the full achievement of these KPIs and targets cannot be fully guaranteed as outcomes may be influenced by factors beyond its direct control, Zetrix will continue pursuing the realisation of its current KPIs and targets, while revising, removing or expanding them over time to reflect changes in the Group’s business model, the external operating environment and material matters. Certain KPIs and targets correspond to Bursa’s Common Sustainability Indicators, which Zetrix AI reports on annually, are summarised in the table below, along with the Group’s performance against each target. For comparison purposes, the historical baseline is based on FY2024 performance data disclosed in Zetrix AI’s IAR2024, except where otherwise noted.
