SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT The Group continued to advance the integration of its adopted UNSDGs, as presented in the table below, reinforcing Zetrix AI’s alignment with its ESG-related management objectives and strategies. The table’s “Group Achievements and Highlights” section details the goals successfully achieved in support of the UNSDGs, while the “Upcoming Plans” section outlines potential initiatives the Group may pursue in the future. For the Group: • Remained invested in affordable medicine and healthcare insurance for all employees. For employees and the community: • Organised multiple blood donation campaigns to promote awareness of inculcating a culture of helping others. • Posters, e-mail notifications and health tips on practising self-cleanliness were provided to better prevent infections from serious diseases or viruses. • Ensured legal compliance for safe and healthy work procedures. • Work-from-home arrangements are instituted when necessary to ensure the safety and health of employees and related stakeholders. • Maintain suitable employee healthcare benefits. • Continue working closely with Komuniti MYEG (Zetrix AI’s CSR arm) to engage in health-related CSR initiatives. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. • Continued upholding fair labour recruitment practices. • Remained proactive in bolstering equal opportunity in the workplace, particularly by granting equal opportunities in leadership roles for women in Zetrix AI’s workforce. • Maintained a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, sexual harassment and unethical behaviour at Zetrix AI, and employees are encouraged to report ethical misconduct cases without being exposed or dismissed. • Any proven case was subjected to appropriate actions being taken to address and mitigate them. • Introduce new, effective safety measures for women in the workplace. • Further enhance the grievance mechanism’s accessibility. • Ensure Zetrix AI’s female employees’ full and effective participation in equal workplace opportunities and for leadership roles at all decision-making levels. • Enhance the workplace’s support structure for pregnant female employees beyond maternity leave provision.
