Beyond that, Zetrix AI’s model also acknowledges and leverages the interdependence of government, the public and businesses. Our government partners continue to play the role of regulator and enabler, allowing Zetrix AI to deliver critical concession-based and commercial services to the wider public. The public, representing market demand, helps inform Zetrix AI and its partners, including government partners, on the development of new digital solutions and innovations that are responsive to societal needs. This also works the other way around, where government and business partners collaborate via Zetrix AI’s connective tissue and expertise on both commercial and concession service delivery to provide public-centric services that bolster citizen accessibility to government entities. Zetrix AI’s expansion into blockchain and AI is positioned not only to strengthen commercial services, but also to support broader government digitalisation agendas and empower society at large. In fact, Zetrix AI’s timely rebranding in FY2025 was precisely undertaken to more accurately reflect the Group’s evolution as a leader in blockchain + AI as this ecosystem has, in a span of a few short years, grown significantly to emerge as the single largest revenue contributor to the Group, outstripping the legacy e-government services business. With the launch of new applications within the Zetrix platform recently and with more products to be rolledout in the pipeline, the blockchain + AI business is set to grow further in the years to come. As such, it is important that the Group’s corporate identity reflects this inflection point, namely the Group’s ambitions to evolve from a Malaysian-centric online services provider to a truly global player leading the convergence of Web3 + AI.
