EMPLOYEES’ SHARE OPTION SCHEME At the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) held on 6 August 2020, the shareholders of the Company approved the establishment of an Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time over the duration of the ESOS for eligible Directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “the Group”). The ESOS was implemented on 24 December 2020 and subsequently extended by the Board of Directors, giving it a total duration of ten (10) years and is set to expire on 23 December 2030. Since the implementation of the ESOS, the Company has yet to grant any option to the Directors and/or eligible persons. 6. RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE Details of transactions with related parties undertaken by the Group during the FY2025 are disclosed in the audited financial statements. 7.
