OTHER BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS Beyond its offerings in AI and blockchain, Zetrix AI also continued to drive key advancements in its concessions and related commercial services as well as other ventures in Malaysia and overseas. In Malaysia, highlights on this front in FY2025 included: • In March 2025, Zetrix AI entered a partnership with Pusat Pungutan Zakat Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (“PPZ-MAIWP”) to introduce a Waqf Online Payment System through the Group’s online portal. The platform aims to tackle online fraud while bolstering transparency and security in waqf contributions, ensuring all transactions are recorded and tracked automatically. The initiative aligns with Malaysia playing a pivotal role in leading Islamic financial innovation by leveraging technology for waqf and zakat administration. • The Group made steady headway in advancing its expansion plans to address the growing demand to meet future housing needs for foreign workers. During the year, existing dormitories continued to operate at full capacity while work on upcoming facilities progressed further, with construction having commenced in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The MyStay-branded foreign worker dormitory business continued to contribute to better housing standards and welfare for the migrant workforce. • Following the partnership commencement of Zetrix AI and HeiTech Padu in 2024 to ensure the successful implementation of various e-Government projects in Malaysia, including the NIISe project, July 2025 then saw Zetrix AI receiving confirmation from the Ministry of Home Affairs that notwithstanding the end of the previous term of services related to the JIM, the Group can continue to offer approved immigration-related services within the scope of any other agreements with the Malaysian Government. In connection to this, Zetrix AI reiterated immigration-related services offered through its platform, such as foreign worker permit renewal, were within the scope of NIISe and would continue to be provided in accordance with the commercial business arrangements between Zetrix AI and HeiTech Padu. • In August 2025, Zetrix AI further define the roles and expertise of its partnership with HeiTech Padu in relation to the Information Technology (“IT”) industry in Malaysia via a Supplemental Agreement. Under the agreement, Zetrix AI shall provide its expertise in front-end solutions with HeiTech Padu providing its expertise on the backend for projects clinched by the parties. This collaboration continues to cultivate a new, stronger dimension to the Group’s involvement in the Malaysian e-Government sector, ensuring it remains relevant and well-established for the long run. • Late 2025, the Yooride online portal go live. The portal, operated by Zetrix AI, is designed to promote innovative green micromobility and support the transition to low-emission transportation solutions. Yooride serves as a onestop destination for electric two-wheel mobility options, integrating product offerings, service support and related digital services and solutions to encourage the adoption of its sustainable transport alternatives. Zetrix AI also maintained its overseas expansion initiatives, particularly through its joint venture in the Philippines, MYEG Philippines, Inc. (“MYEG PH”). Through FY2025, MYEG PH continued to strengthen its position as a leading integrated e-government services provider in the country, with recent financial-related service improvements, like payment enhancements for SSS PH members and integrating Zetrix AI’s payment gateway into National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (“NHMFC”)’s online payment service platform. During the year, the Civil Service Commission Regional Office also launched an online payment service in collaboration with MYEG PH. The Group remains vigilant in monitoring local and regional markets for potential and meaningful expansion opportunities. ROBUST SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE Zetrix AI’s Sustainability Working Group (“SWG”) remains an integral component of the Group’s sustainability governance framework, effectively overseeing and managing key risks and opportunities linked to material ESG matters. Working in close collaboration with the Board and Senior Management, the SWG continues to refine, approve and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives, thereby driving the Group’s sustainability agenda across the short, medium and long term.
