Significant events during the financial year (a) On 24 January 2025, the Company announced a strategic collaboration with MYEGDI to establish a blockchain powered national digital identify ecosystem. The MyDigital ID Superapp, marking a major advancement in the battle against online fraud. MYEG ALT and MYEGDI commitment to driving technological innovation and enhancing the digital ecosystem in Malaysia. (b) On 10 April 2025, the Company entered into a MOU with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Heitech Padu Berhad with intend to work together for the purpose of Cloud and Artificial Intelligence enabled smart government services cooperation. (c) On 10 April 2025, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with Guangxi Beitou IT Innovation Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd. with the intent of establishing a mutual understanding and consensus on the creation of the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Centre. (d) On 26 May 2025, the Company entered into a MOU with Singapore Trade Data Exchange Services Pte. Ltd. to establish a framework for strategic collaboration between the Parties to explore opportunities to connect their respective networks, pursue knowledge sharing and technical collaboration, and jointly develop new products and services for the mutual benefit of the Parties and their respective customers. (e) On 13 September 2025, the Company signed a Letter of Intent with the Government of Malaysia, through the Prime Minister’s Department, to collaborate on establishing the foremost global framework for Shariah Compliance, Certification and Governance in Artificial Intelligence. (f) On 25 September 2025, the Company entered into a partnership with the Miss Universe Organization, to introduce the official Miss Universe Global Blockchain Voting App, marking a historic milestone in the pageant’s 73-year legacy. (g) On 9 December 2025, the Company and Bullish Aim Sdn. Bhd., chaired and owned by His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, the Regent of Johor, had announced the official launch of RMJDT, a Ringgit-backed stablecoin issued on Zetrix, the core Layer-1 blockchain underpinning Malaysia’s national Malaysia Blockchain Infrastructure (MBI). 47. Significant events after the reporting period (a) On 25 February 2026, World Bank Group, through its private sector arm, the International Finance Corporation, has invested RM155.6 million (or USD 40 million) in the Company to enhance access to Digital Public Infrastructure services in Malaysia and emerging markets across the broader ASEAN region and beyond. (b) On 11 March 2026, the Company and INCEIF University, through its research arm, ISRA Institute, have entered into a strategic collaboration to develop and deploy next-generation Islamic Finance AI Agents built on NurAI. (c) On 16 April 2026, the Company had entered into the Appointment Agreement with Social Security Organisation (“SOCSO”) to act as an agent for its Self-Employment Social Security Scheme and the Housewives’ Social Security Scheme.
