The new ordinary shares issued during the financial year shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. There was no issuance of debentures during the financial year. Treasury shares During the financial year, the Company repurchased 57,985,300 of its issued ordinary shares from the open market. The price paid for the shares repurchased was RM0.88 per share. The total consideration paid for the share purchase was RM51,070,475 including transaction cost. The ordinary shares purchase were being held as treasury shares in accordance with Section 127(6) of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia and were presented as a deduction from equity. As at 31 December 2025, the Company held 57,611,500 treasury shares out of the total 7,858,574,988 issued ordinary shares. Options granted over unissued shares No options were granted to any person to take up unissued shares of the Company during the financial year.
