In FY2026, our People Strategy initiatives focused on: • Leadership development opportunities, in support of our R.O.A.D.S. Core Values that underpin our culture. • Functional competency frameworks to support career growth, meet skill needs and attract and retain top talent. • Process improvement through effective technology solutions and data-driven decision-making. • Embedding rewards practices and solutions, in line with our commitment to fair and transparent pay opportunities. These strategies have driven improvements across HR’s key focus areas, as outlined in the following section. Technology We continued to advance our HR digital ecosystem by enhancing system governance, data integrity, and automation throughout core HR processes. Our aim is to enable data‑driven decisions and deliver a seamless digital employee experience. • Automated key processes such as timesheet and e-letter generation. • Enabled Dynamic Teams to support agile, crossfunctional collaboration. • Enhanced our Global HRIS through improved data integrity and people analytics capabilities, as well as helpdesk and performance management system integration. • Embedded AI-driven insights into talent processes, including AI-assisted interview feedback, and compensation analytics. Recent achievements HR capabilities We continued to invest in the development of our global HR team, with a strong focus on building business acumen, enhancing analytical capability and reinforcing HR’s role as a strategic business partner. These strengthened capabilities underpin HR’s critical role in Yinson’s value creation, enabling effective insights and advisory support that inform business decisions and drive long-term growth. Collectively, these initiatives reflect Yinson’s commitment to a high-performing and future-ready HR function. • Global HR team members completed targeted short courses in emerging areas such as Generative AI Prompt Design for HR and HR Consulting Skills. • Several HR team members progressed to intermediate level of the People Analytics Masterclass series, bringing strengthened capability in leveraging data, generating insights and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
