Yinson Integrated Annual Report 2026

79 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2026 FY2026 highlights * In FY2026 we updated our methodology for calculating emissions avoided to be in line with evolving industry best practise. drivEV's avoided emissions nearly doubled YoY from FY2025, in line with the expansion of our fleet. YINSON GREENTECH Commentary by Louisa Brady, Yinson GreenTech Chief Executive Officer Assets ~500 EV fleet size Operational performance 90% fleet availability Facilitated ~6.6 million km travelled on electricity 35.8 tonnes CO2e carbon emissions avoided* 1,409.8 MWh energy consumed by leased fleet Assets Operational performance 0 TRIF/LTIF 100% uptime 112.3 tonnes CO2e carbon emissions avoided 64.9 MWh energy consumed by leased fleet REGIONAL OUTLOOK AND FOCUS Global and regional momentum for electric mobility continued to strengthen in 2025, supported by decisive policy support, wider ranges of EV models, expanding charging infrastructure and advancing technology maturity. In Malaysia, EV share of new car registrations grew nearly 3.4x between 2022 to 2025, from 1.6% to 5.1%. Growth was reinforced by the introduction of more affordable local EVs and the extension of tax exemptions for completely knocked down (CKD) EVs from major brands until December 2027. Singapore is experiencing even greater momentum, with new EV registrations surging to 45% of new cars sold in 2025, compared to 18.1% in 2023. Continued government incentives, including the SGD 40,000 commercial EV grant for heavier vehicles and the extensions of the EV Early Adoption Incentive (EEAI) and Vehicular Emissions Scheme (VES), are expected to maintain steady adoption across both commercial and passenger vehicle segments. It has been an extraordinary journey since our inception in 2020 – one that saw us establish a strong foothold in land and sea electrification, and scale with purpose. As we matured, we took a deliberate pause to assess our trajectory, sharpen our priorities and define the areas where we could deliver the greatest impact.
