MANAGEMENT APPROACH Our supply chain management is guided by a structured internal framework that integrates supply chain policies and procedures, vendor management systems and supplier engagement initiatives. Our supplier practices align with applicable national and international standards, as well as relevant international laws. ESG compliance is embedded within our supplier processes, and we actively work with suppliers whose practices align with the principles set out in our ESG Supply Chain Policy. To further operationalise the Data Privacy Policy and Procedure, we published detailed guidelines providing practical steps for achieving and demonstrating compliance. These guidelines are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with evolving legal requirements and emerging best practices across our operating regions. Yinson is committed to ensuring data protection incidents are managed swiftly and transparently. We continue to maintain a strong track record, reporting zero unresolved privacy or data breaches in FY2026. Disclosure and stakeholder communication standards Yinson is committed to transparent and consistent communication with investors and stakeholders across all operating markets. Guided by our Stakeholder Communication Policy & Procedure, Corporate Disclosure Policy & Procedure and COBE, we ensure all disclosures are accurate, timely and compliant with regulatory requirements, including the Bursa Securities MMLR and the Corporate Disclosure Guide. Clear protocols govern how information is released and how stakeholder feedback is incorporated. Beyond compliance, we actively engage stakeholders through meetings, briefings, roadshows, site visits and digital channels. These interactions help us understand expectations, identify emerging issues and integrate stakeholder insights into strategic and operational decisions.
