AUDITORS The auditors, Ernst & Young PLT, have expressed their willingness to continue in office. Auditors’ remunerations of the Group and of the Company are RM1,897,000 and RM437,000 respectively. INDEMNIFICATION OF AUDITORS To the extent permitted by law, the Company has agreed to indemnify its auditors, Ernst & Young PLT, as part of the terms of its audit engagement against claims by third parties arising from the audit.
