For product quality of our construction and project sites, we benchmark ourselves against the Quality Assessment for Building Construction Works (“QLASSIC”) by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). This system measures workmanship quality upon completion of projects, according to Construction Industry Standards (CIS 7:2014), ensuring adherence to high standards. We set a target to achieve a minimum of 75% of QLASSIC scores for all our development. Lastly, to ensure that our quality assurance practices stay abreast with changing industry trends and requirements, our QA team provides relevant training programmes for both project and project support teams. We utilise both internal and external learning resources to refine our training programmes, incorporating essential information that enhances service delivery and improves the e ciency of our product quality assessments. Tabulated below are some of the training programs we have conducted for FY2024.
