To support transparency and accountability, we have established accessible channels for reporting grievances, including a whistle-blowing platform that allows both internal and external stakeholders to flag concerns — such as violence, harassment, intimidation, or unsafe conditions. These mechanisms allow for anonymous reporting, safeguarding individuals from fear of reprisal, encouraging open dialogue and swift resolution. Reinforcing this commitment, our Harassment and Bullying Prevention programme equips managers and supervisors with the tools and skills to address such issues effectively. By providing training and support, we empower leadership to respond with care and efficiency, offering solutions that prioritise the well-being of those affected. Additionally, our focus on diversity and inclusion is reflected in a range of employee engagement initiatives — ranging from cultural awareness training and festival celebrations to robust grievance mechanisms. These efforts aim to create a workplace where every voice is valued and heard, fostering a workplace where diversity and inclusivity is embraced, ultimately, enhances both individual fulfilment and organisational success.
