This SS2026 has been reviewed and approved by NexG's Board on 25 June 2026. All information and data disclosed herein have been verified for accuracy by the respective data owners and subsidiaries within the Group. In FY2026, the Group engaged with Morrison LC Advisory Sdn. Bhd. as an independent external assurance provider to perform a limited assurance engagement over selected sustainability disclosures contained in this Statement. The limited assurance engagement covered disclosures relating to five (5) of Bursa Malaysia's Nine (9) Common Sustainability Matters ("CSMs"), selected based on the maturity of the Group's data management processes and reporting readiness. The assurance procedures included document reviews, data validation, and interviews with relevant data owners. The independent assurance provider concluded that, based on the procedures performed, nothing had come to its attention that caused it to believe that the selected sustainability disclosures were not prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the applicable reporting criteria. Further details on the scope, methodology and conclusion of the limited assurance engagement are provided in the Independent Limited Assurance Statement.
