Neither during nor at the end of the financial year was the Group or the Company a party to any arrangements whose object is to enable the directors to acquire benefits by means of the acquisition of shares in or debentures of the Company or any other body corporate. No indemnity was given to or insurance effected for auditors of the Company. SUBSIDIARIES The details of the subsidiaries such as their name, place of incorporation, principal activities and percentage of issued share capital held by the Company in each subsidiary are disclosed in Note 7 to the financial statements. The available auditors’ reports on the financial statements of the subsidiaries did not contain any qualification. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING/AFTER THE FINANCIAL YEAR The significant events during/after the financial year are disclosed in Note 53 to the financial statements.
