REMUNERATION (CONT’D) Remuneration of Directors and Key Senior Management (Cont’d) In May 2025, the NRC recommended the Directors’ fees and Directors’ benefits payable to the Non-Executive Directors of the Company shall remain the same as the previous year, up to an amount of RM1,500,000 and RM300,000 respectively. The Board approved the NRC’s recommendation for the Company to seek the shareholders’ approval at the Seventeenth AGM for the Directors’ fees payable to the Non-Executive Directors of the Company up to an amount of RM1,500,000 from the day after the Seventeenth AGM until the next AGM of the Company, to be paid monthly in arrears; and the Directors’ benefits payable to the Non-Executive Directors of the Company up to an amount of RM300,000 from the day after the Seventeenth AGM until the next AGM of the Company.
