We offer competitive remuneration packages with a range of benefits in line with the Minimum Wage Order 2024 and the Employment (Amendment) Act 2022, which are consistent with international standards set by the International Labour Organization (“ILO”). In FY2025, we introduced flexible work arrangements to support employee well-being and work-life balance. This initiative allows eligible staff to adopt flexible working hours, subject to their Head of Department’s approval. While certain groups—such as interns, protégés, production teams, and probationary staff—are excluded, this initiative reflects our ongoing effort to create a more adaptable workplace. Apart from that, we also introduced additional employment benefits such as mental health support services and family care provisions during the year. NexG fosters employee engagement through community outreach. These initiatives—such as Back to School 2025 and Sumbangan Rahmah 2024—provide essential aid to underprivileged children and families, giving employees an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while cultivating employee pride.
