At NexG, we recognise that building a resilient and high-performing organisation starts with our people. Our employees are central to our ability to innovate and deliver value to stakeholders. In an evolving business environment, effective talent management ensures that we have the right skills, leadership capabilities and development pathways to adapt and thrive. By taking care of our people, we are building a stronger NexG for today and the future. OUR APPROACH At NexG, we take a structured yet practical approach to talent management, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining a skilled and motivated workforce. Attracting Talent In attracting talent, we adopt a multifaceted approach that combines digital outreach with on-ground engagement. This includes participating in events such as PERKESO’s MYFutureJobs Career Fair, as well as leveraging online career platforms to reach a broader pool of talent. Our internship programmes offer practical experience to undergraduates, while the PROTÉGÉ-RTW initiative provides young graduates with practical and industry-relevant work experience. Developing Talent Helping our people grow is a key part of who we are at NexG. We believe that when our people succeed, so does the organisation. That is why we make employee learning and development a priority, supporting our employees to build new skills and grow their careers with us. We conduct regular in-house training across the Group’s business units and departments to strengthen technical skills, leadership capabilities and overall professional development. Training needs are identified through an annual Training Needs Analysis (“TNA”), conducted during performance reviews to ensure development efforts are aligned with both individual goals and business requirements. Heads of Departments may recommend up to two technical or role-specific public training courses annually for their team members. For employees seeking to further deepen their expertise, our Professional Certification Development Programme (“PCDP”) enables employees to pursue industryrecognised qualifications, with full sponsorship covering course fees, exams, assessments, and travel. Our aim is to equip employees with qualifications that are recognised across the industry and that align with their career paths.
