Our ABAC Policy reflects our commitment to integrity and is designed to ensure compliance with Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) Act 2009, applying to all directors, employees, business partners and stakeholders. In FY2025, we continued internal capacity-building with anti-corruption awareness and training programmes. Notably, members of the Board and Senior Management participated in sessions in relation to Enterprise Risk Management: An Introduction and ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System: An Introduction during the year. T R T S U Top Level Management Commitment Risk Assessment Undertake Control Measures Systematic Review, Monitoring and Enforcement Training and Communication To further improve our anti-corruption framework, we engaged an independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive gap analysis to assess our current practices against the TRUST principles (Top Level Management Commitment, Risk Assessment, Undertake Control Measures, Systematic Review, Monitoring and Enforcement, and Training and Communication) outlined in the MACC Act 2009 (Amendment 2018), the Ministerial Guidelines on Adequate Procedures, and the requirements of the MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System standard. This supports our alignment with national anti-corruption efforts, such as the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2024-2028. Whistleblowing Channels Our Whistleblowing Policy provides employees, business associates and third-party intermediaries to report any unethical and questionable conduct, such as bribery, corruption and fraud, among others. This confidential reporting mechanism provides a safe and secure platform for individuals to voice their concerns without fear of retaliation, with the whistleblower’s identity kept confidential.
