In FY2025, the Group took meaningful steps to formalise and strengthen our sustainability governance structure. During the year, we established a dedicated Sustainability Committee and a cross-functional Sustainability Taskforce to enhance coordination within the Group. The Board retains ultimate oversight of the Group’s sustainability direction and is responsible for ensuring alignment with the business strategy and stakeholder interests. Supporting these efforts, the Sustainability Committee acts as an advisory body, monitoring progress and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with emerging standards and best practices. The committee comprises three (3) Executive Directors, one of whom also serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NexG. At the operational level, the Sustainability Taskforce drives the execution of sustainability initiatives, coordinates data collection and validation, and prepares annual sustainability disclosures. The taskforce comprises representatives across functions and subsidiaries, ensuring broad-based participation and ownership of ESG practices throughout the organisation.
