EMBRACING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (CONT’D) I also wish to welcome our new Executive Directors, Datuk Puvanesan a/l Subenthiran, Datuk Ab.Hamid bin Mohamad Hanipah and Puan Hajah Erna bt Ismail, and our newly-appointed Independent Non-Executive Directors, Datuk Zainal Abidin bin Abu Hassan and Dato’ Che Nazli binti Jaapar. We have also named Puan Hajah Erna bt Ismail as our Executive Director, as Chief Financial Officer. NexG’s transformation plan is gaining momentum with the support of our new shareholders and leadership. Driven by strategic acquisitions, innovation-led R&D and a leadership team with deep industry expertise, our transformation is not only expanding our technological capabilities and product offerings, but also creating long-term value for our stakeholders. FORGING AHEAD FY2025 was a monumental year for NexG. Our achievements were made possible by the discipline and dedication of all our team members, from the board members and senior management executives, down to the most junior employees in NexG. To our stakeholders and business partners, I extend my sincere gratitude. While we will continue to be a leading player in the secure ID and mission-critical ICT space, particularly in the supply of national documents and biometric systems, NexG is also focused on building next-generation platforms and becoming a trusted digital infrastructure partner for the public and private sectors.
