SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR (CONT’D) (v) On 21 October 2024, the Company announced that the Company and Heitech Padu Berhad have commenced their partnership as per Teaming Agreement entered by both parties on 15 April 2024 to ensure the successful implementation of various e-government projects in Malaysia. (w) On 25 October 2024, MYEGP entered into a significant partnership with the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (“NHMFC”) for the integration of the Company payment gateway into NHMFC’s Online Payment Service platform. (x) On 11 December 2024, Zetrix, a layer 1 public blockchain announced an exclusive partnership with AstronXinghuo BIF, the international chain of China’s nation public permissioned blockchain under the Ministry a Indursty and It (“MIT”), to jointly offer and promote applications for Digital IDs for Chinese nationals and business entities a serve that enables real-time fraud-proof identity verification. 48. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD (a) On 24 January 2025, the Company announced a strategic collaboration with MYEGDI to establish a blockchain powered national digital identify ecosystem. The MyDigital ID Superapp, marking a major advancement in the battle against online fraud. MYEG ALT and MYEGDI commitment to driving technological innovation and enhancing the digital ecosystem in Malaysia. (b) On 28 February 2025, Amlnvestment Bank Berhad (“Amlnvestment Bank”) announced on behalf of the Company to undertake the Proposed Private Placement of up to 376,520,137 new ordinary shares in the Company, representing up to 5% of the total number of issued shares of the Company of 7,530,402,754 shares as at the date of announcement. The issue price for the Placement Shares to be issued under to the General Mandate has been fixed at RM0.93 per placement share. The application in respect of the Proposed Private Placement had been submitted to Bursa Securities on 28 February 2025. (c) On 10 April 2025, the Company entered into a MOU with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Heitech Padu Berhad with intend to work together for the purpose of Cloud and Artificial Intelligence enabled smart government services cooperation.
