The Group identifies top performers based on specific traits that encompass personal development and high productivity. The top 5% of performers in each department are usually rewarded for their efforts by being given the opportunity to work in management positions. MYEG’s Succession Planning Programme (“SPP”) helps prepare the Group in the case where a member of senior management or anyone deemed in a ‘Critical Position’ within MYEG vacates their position. Through this programme, suitable and qualified employees would be able to take on the vacant role.
