The Group’s wage structure carefully takes into account the respective qualifications, skills, experience and capabilities of the job role and talent to form a solid remuneration offer for its talents. No significant gender bias or discrimination affects MYEG’s remuneration strategy, as noted by the narrow gaps of male and female employees’ median salary in accordance to job category. This is a healthy gap in median salary differences between male and female employees which MYEG will continue to champion going forward. A fair and competitive remuneration package for its employees has been established at MYEG, including contributions to EPF, SOCSO and other related monetary bonuses and monetary benefits. As with every year, 100% of employees have had performance appraisals in FY2023.
