On the other hand, leadership training for other employees helps them better understand their current roles and learn what it takes to become exceptional leaders in the future. 5 Leadership development programme to help employees have better understand quality assurance activities and improve processes that ensure the final product or service meets set quality standards, which leads to customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6 Quality assurance training designed to develop the selling and sales management competencies of sellers and sales managers. A training programme to improve sales people skills, knowledge and attributes to drive the sales team’s behavioural change and maximise sales success. 7 Sales training creates awareness for diversity-focused issues within the workplace with an aim to facilitate positive interactions and reduce prejudice and discrimination among employees. 9 Diversity training designed to train employees on precautionary processes and procedures to mitigate risk or the chance of injury or fatality on the job.
