To further enhance our employees’ safety, we are considering introducing external occupational health services to deliver safety training programmes and implement workplace safety enhancements, complementing the efforts of our Safety and Health Working Committee, especially in high-risk areas. Furthermore, we are committed to implementing additional employee wellness programmes and initiatives to elevate employees’ overall health and wellbeing, encompassing mental and physical health programmes, including those addressing climate wellbeing. Additionally, we plan to review and upgrade employee work arrangements and benefits to meet evolving needs and industry standards and enhance overall job satisfaction. Through these concerted efforts, we aim to transform MST Golf into a workplace that effectively supports the wellbeing of our valued team members. SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT
