SECTION 2: OUR STRATEGIC CONTEXT 76 GOING FORWARD To ensure effective long-term water consumption, we strive to develop a Water Use Policy and set short-, mid- and long-term watersaving targets and plans. We will continue to train stakeholders on best practices and share water data more regularly with employees through monitoring, data collection and reporting. Additionally, we will continue exploring the feasibility of upgrading water systems for long-term efficiency and cost savings. We also aim to conduct risk assessments on water use, pollution and shortage risks and establish standards for effluents, priority substances and discharge limits. This ensures preparedness for water scarcity in operations and proper disposal of harmful substances to mitigate waterway pollution. Additionally, we will explore collaborations with water-related organisations to host campaigns and cultivate water conservation awareness and practices among more stakeholders.
