63 ANNUAL REPORT 2023 MST GOLF GROUP BERHAD GOING FORWARD Our plans for the Value-Driven Leadership strategy include organising leadership development programmes and training opportunities to identify and nurture potential leaders with a sustainable mindset. We also aim to operationalise more effective leadership structures, clearer reporting lines and fairer remuneration standards tied to our sustainability and elevation goals. In upholding Sustainability & Governance, we will continue to foster a proactive mindset, provide comprehensive sustainability training for leaders, integrate sustainability into onboarding and KPIs, empower employees to champion sustainability projects and ensure all company leaders lead by example by participating in sustainability initiatives. To ensure the materialisation of the Continuous Improvement key strategy, we will enhance internal work systems, processes and structures to increase efficiency and improve work outcomes. We also aim to foster an engaging workplace by upgrading physical spaces, creating initiatives aligned with our corporate values and maintaining consistent corporate communications to drive positive change, alignment and engagement among our employees. In 2023, we established our new Company Intranet to promote more internal engagement and camaraderie among staff. The Intranet hosts a series of content, including the latest company news, sustainability initiatives, upcoming company activities and events, corporate documents and policies and helpful directories and feedback channels that connect Team MST Golf. 3 Employee Communication
