57 ANNUAL REPORT 2023 MST GOLF GROUP BERHAD OUR INITIATIVES In 2023, we undertook measures to mitigate BCML in our operations. We have established and included clauses on ABCML in various policies such as the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Code of Conduct & Ethics for Employees (COCEE), Code of Conduct & Ethics for Third Parties (COCETP), Delegation & Limits of Authority, General Purchasing Policy and our Employee Handbook to bolster our ethics and integrity and make it easier for stakeholders to report suspected integrity breaches throughout our business. Employees can access these policies through the company Intranet and corporate website. We also send email reminders on updates and provide annual refreshers for employees. Posters highlighting our ABC Policy and procedures are displayed in offices and retail stores. In 2023, all employees were informed of MST Golf’s ABC Policy, and we received 126 signatories to the COCETP from third parties. In 2023, we also conducted company-wide training on ABC Policy and procedures, with 633 (96.35%) employees trained, including all six Board members.
