SECTION 2: OUR STRATEGIC CONTEXT 56 WHY IT MATTERS TO US Integrity breaches can compromise our corporate culture and lead to various challenges, such as loss of stakeholder trust, reputational damage and legal implications. We aim to diligently mitigate and manage our integrity risk by identifying control gaps and upholding a culture of honesty, integrity and accountability. Our zero-tolerance commitment towards bribery, corruption and money laundering (BCML) represents our values and forms an ethical foundation that guides our business and sustainability journey. KEY STRATEGIES We are adopting three key strategies to reduce BCML risks and promote an ethical and transparent culture across our operations. 1 Strict Governance 2 Training & Culture Building 3 Risk Assessment & Mitigation We uphold a zero-tolerance stance on BCML, establishing policies and procedures for employees and extending ABCML compliance to external stakeholders. We strive to train and inform our employees on ABCML matters to create a culture of integrity, accountability and honesty. We endeavour to conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify integrity breaches and strengthen internal mechanisms. The Group is committed to implementing anti-bribery, anti-corruption and antimoney laundering (ABCML) measures throughout our business and upholding high integrity standards to mitigate associated risks.
